Dr. Trish received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah and is the owner of Riverwoods Behavioral Health. She also teaches 4 Positive Psychology courses at the U and has helped develop the Certificate Program in Positive Psychology. She has been in private practice for many years, and specializes in working with couples, individuals, and families. She presents at conferences and conventions around the country and has been featured frequently in the media.

Dru is owner and President of her own Mental Health practice: A Happier You, a Professor at Utah Valley University, and an enthusiastic lecturer on marriage, family, parenting and relationships.
Jade Ozawa-Kirk is a master's candidate studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Utah. She completed the university's Positive Psychology Certificate in 2013, and has been teaching Positive Psychology in academic and community setting ever since. Jade feels passionately about the power of change within each individual she works with. She approaches therapy with a strengths-based mindset, assisting clients in identifying their strong-suits and utilizing those to overcome weaknesses. Jade's counseling practice focuses on women's issues, trauma and relationships.
When she is not studying or working, Jade can usually be found spending time with her partner and three year old son. Together they enjoy taking in the beautiful scenery Utah offers and eating ice cream. She also enjoys reading, knitting, and gastronomy, and is a certified Pilates instructor.
